The Centre for Human Rights (CFHR) is committed to advocating for the protection and inclusion of transgender individuals in Pakistan. Despite the passage of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act in 2018, the transgender community continues to face systemic discrimination, harassment, and barriers to essential services such as education, employment, and healthcare. CFHR works to ensure that legal protections are effectively implemented by conducting research, advocating for policy reforms, and raising awareness to foster a more inclusive society.
We work across Pakistan, driving legal reform, advocacy, and policy change to protect human rights and empower communities.
